Who doesn’t love crepes? With an easy recipe like this one, you can love them even more.
- 3 eggs
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 T oil
- dash of salt
- Whisk eggs until smooth. Add flour and whisk until smooth again.
- Add sugar, vanilla, oil, and salt. Add milk until batter is thin (a few tablespoons).
- Pour just enough batter to cover pan and cook over medium-high heat with butter. Flip when edges start to brown.
