Bonjour, 2010

Who doesn’t love crepes?  With an easy recipe like this one, you can love them even more.

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 T flour
  • 1/2 T sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 T oil
  • dash of salt
  • milk
  • butter
  1. Whisk eggs until smooth.  Add flour and whisk until smooth again.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla, oil, and salt.  Add milk until batter is thin (a few tablespoons).
  3. Pour just enough batter to cover pan and cook over medium-high heat with butter. Flip when edges start to brown.
