- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar (*This will be a cakey cookie. If you want a chewier, sweeter cookie add more sugar, up to 2 c. total)
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1. c. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Combine all dry ingredients plus walnuts and white chocolate chips.
In separate bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and already mashed bananas.
Combine wet into dry ingredients. Chill in freezer for 5-10 min. until doughy.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375* for 8 minutes.
Cool slightly on cookie sheet and then transfer to wire rack.
